1. Instant, tailored listing alerts

Set up alerts that ping you the moment a home matching your criteria hits the market — often before it spreads to the big public sites. Speed is an advantage; being first to see (and tour) wins homes.

2. Off-market and coming-soon access

Agents hear about homes before they list — pocket listings, coming-soons, and quiet sellers. Tapping that network puts you in front of opportunities other buyers never even see.

3. Learn to read a deal

A low price isn't always a deal, and a higher price isn't always expensive. Look at price-per-square-foot, condition, days on market, and recent comps. I'll help you separate true value from noise.
